Double-shaft crusher crushing: The double-shaft crusher is equipped with a unique design to the knife roller, which is conducive to the further crushing of tire rubber. The open design facilitates heat dissipation of the machine and reduces dust. The size of the rubber can be controlled by replacing the screen.

Rubber size sorting: the vibrating screen can mirror the rubber of different sizes, and the larger rubber particles are sent back to the biaxial crusher for further crushing. The rubber of suitable size is screened by vibration, and the larger rubber particles are sent back to the biaxial crusher for further crushing. Separating fiber: The sorting machine can separate the fiber material in the proud particles. Dust removal device: The central dust removal device collects the dust and fibers generated during the tire wire crushing process through the air pipe.
