The first step of the recycling process focuses on deconstructing the tire's structure. The system begins by utilizing a bead wire extractor to pre-remove the coarse steel wire bundles embedded in the tire sidewalls; this step not only effectively protects the blades of the downstream shredders but also allows for the preliminary recovery of high-quality steel. Subsequently, the "de-beaded" tire carcass is fed into a heavy-duty Tire Shredder. Powered by high-torque, low-speed shearing dynamics, this machine rapidly tears the whole tire into uniformly sized rubber chunks. This method of physical shredding—conducted at ambient temperature—maximizes the preservation of the rubber's original physical properties, thereby laying a solid foundation for subsequent deep processing.

Precise Separation of Rubber and Metal

The coarsely shredded rubber chunks then proceed to the core stage: the steel wire separation system. This stage employs a high-intensity steel wire separator, which, through mechanical impact and abrasion, achieves a complete dissociation of the fine steel wires and particles that were tightly embedded within the rubber matrix. The resulting mixture is then passed through a multi-stage, high-strength magnetic separation unit, where magnetic force differentials are leveraged to automatically attract and extract the metal components, ensuring the purity of the recovered steel wire. Finally, the system is equipped with a high-frequency Vibrating Screen to precisely classify the rubber granules by size—in accordance with client specifications—while simultaneously removing any residual fine fibers or impurities.

The entire production line is governed by a highly automated control system, which not only significantly boosts processing throughput but also ensures that the resulting rubber granules and steel wire possess a high market premium value.
