It is composed of double shaft crusher, material return system, dish screen, wire separator, vibrating screen, sorter, iron remover, cyclone separator, pulse dust removal system, electric control box system and other equipment.

Pre-shredding, the dual-shaft shredder has the characteristics of low speed and high torque, and can pre-shred waste tires into 50-300mm pieces without removing the tire rims.

Return system: The return system is composed of a conveyor belt and a disc sorting machine. After being processed by a shredder, the fragments are transported to the disc sorting machine, and the suitable size fragments will be screened out and transported to the wire separator for further processing. After processing, the oversized pieces will be transported back to the shredder for reprocessing.

Secondary shredding: The wire separator is equipped with a serrated blade rotating shaft, which has a strong shredding ability, which can further shred tires and separate steel wires.

Steel wire separator: The steel wire and tire rubber are completely separated after being processed by the steel wire separator. The steel wire is picked out of the rubber by a traverse magnetic separator. High-strength magnetic attraction and wear-resistant material belt make the separation of steel wire and rubber to achieve a nearly perfect effect.

Double Shaft Crusher Crushing: The double shaft crusher is equipped with a unique design to the cutter roller, which is beneficial to the further crushing of tire rubber. Open design facilitates machine cooling and dust reduction. The size of the rubber can be controlled by changing the screen.

Rubber size sorting: The vibrating screen can screen rubbers of different sizes, and the larger rubber particles are sent back to the double-shaft crusher for further crushing. The rubber of suitable size is screened by vibration, and the rubber particles with larger size are sent back to the double-shaft crusher for further crushing. The rubber of suitable size is passed through the vibrating screen and sent to the sorter to separate some fibers.

Separating fibers: The sorting machine separates the fibrous material into the pride pellets. The separator is equipped with a magnetic separator below the separator to separate the residual steel wire and ensure the purity of the rubber particles. The system is connected to a pulse device to remove dust simultaneously during the sorting process.

Dust removal device: The central dust removal device collects the dust and fibers generated during the tire line crushing process through the air pipe.

Electric control cabinet: The equipment of the electric control cabinet realizes the automation of tire line operation, and the touch screen operation facilitates the programming, maintenance and repair of the entire line.
