Printed circuit boards (PCBs) are typically composed of approximately 30% metal (primarily copper) and 70% non-metallic materials (such as resin). This unique structure makes them valuable for recycling, but also poses environmental risks.

To address this issue, we have developed a next-generation PCB recycling line that achieves the dual goals of resource recovery and environmentally friendly processing. The entire line consists of two core components: a PCB disassembly machine and a motherboard crushing and sorting system.

In the first step, the PCB disassembly machine efficiently removes electronic components from the PCB. This process minimizes material waste and ensures safer and more environmentally friendly subsequent processing. Through proper disassembly, the metal, plastic, and other components on the PCB can be reused or further refined, effectively reducing the spread of hazardous substances during the crushing stage.

Next, the motherboard enters the crushing and sorting stage. This system uses a three-stage crushing process to gradually reduce the PCB to uniform particles. Subsequently, advanced sorting technology is used to completely separate the metal and non-metallic materials. The extracted copper is of high purity and can be directly used as a renewable resource. Non-metallic materials such as resin are also collected for reuse or safe disposal.
