Equipment configuration
The core equipment includes crusher, friction separator, electrostatic separator and dust removal system. The crusher crushes the material into 3-10mm particles; the friction separator uses the difference in specific gravity between plastic and aluminum for preliminary separation; the electrostatic separator uses the difference in conductivity to achieve precise purification of aluminum (purity can reach more than 95%). The whole process is equipped with pulse dust removal to ensure pollution-free emissions.
Workflow
Crushing: The material is shredded and finely crushed into uniform particles.
Sorting: Impurities are removed by vibrating screen or airflow sorting, and friction sorting separates most of the plastic and aluminum.
Purification: The electrostatic separator further extracts aluminum particles, and the remaining plastic can be granulated for reuse.
Dust removal: The whole process is closed, and dust is collected and discharged in a centralized manner.
Environmental significance
The equipment avoids the pollution caused by traditional incineration or landfill, the aluminum recovery rate exceeds 90%, plastics can be recycled, and the consumption of oil resources is reduced, which meets the requirements of the circular economy under the "dual carbon" goal.
Economic benefits
One ton of aluminum-plastic composite material can extract 100-150kg of aluminum (worth about 2,000 yuan) and 700kg of plastic particles (worth about 3,500 yuan). The equipment investment recovery period is about 1-2 years, and the policy subsidies for the renewable resources industry have further increased the profit margin.
