Plant Planning

The processing plant is recommended to cover an area of 5,000 square meters, divided into raw material storage area (1,000 square meters), carbonization workshop (800 square meters), finished product warehouse (600 square meters) and office area (200 square meters). It adopts a closed plant design and is equipped with a complete ventilation and dust removal system.

Production Equipment

Core equipment includes:

Automatic crusher: processing capacity 2t/h

Continuous carbonization furnace: daily output 5 tons

Cooling system: rapid cooling to below 50℃

Packaging equipment: automatic weighing, bagging

Process flow

Raw material pretreatment (cleaning, crushing) → carbonization (450-550℃) → cooling → screening → packaging. The whole process adopts automatic control to ensure stable product quality.

Environmental protection measures

Equipped with a flue gas purification system, the emission meets the GB16297 standard. Establish a water circulation system to achieve zero wastewater discharge. The noise control is less than 65 decibels, which meets environmental protection requirements.

Economic Benefits

Annual processing of 3,000 tons of coconut shell raw materials and production of 1,500 tons of charcoal. Calculated at the market price of 8,000 yuan/ton, the annual output value is 12 million yuan. The investment recovery period is about 2 years.

This plan has the characteristics of low investment, quick results, and environmental protection, and is suitable for promotion and construction in areas rich in coconut shell resources.
